I purchased these clamping square guides to help with creating face frames for a cabinet as well as for the purposes of simple right angle guides for checking squareness of joinery.The right angle thick aluminum guides measured true square against my known-good framing square and are thick enough that they should take quite a bit of stress before deforming. The included clamps (4 in total) are easy to position and tighten down, though I found myself using all 4 clamps on a single corner for extra stability hold. There's not much else to say about these except they do what they are supposed to and are true square. I'd make this purchase again.

Bought these for a cabinet I am making, and they worked great to keep the corners square. In combination with long bar clamps, I was able to keep all the corners nice a square while gluing things up. Double checked everything with some small machinists squares, and I wound up with nice square drawers. (Well at least as square as I'm able to measure. ) They work fine with the attached clamps, but work better with external clamps as the included ones tend to mar the top edge of the surface. If you were making thin stock items (like picture frames, they're probably fine...)
