We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, and include your return authorization number.
Ship the package to the address we provide you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item.
Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, and include your exchange authorization number.
Ship the package to the address we provide you.
Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it and ship the replacement item to you within 7 business days.

Please note that items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition and packaging.

If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photos of the defect or damage. We will either provide a refund or exchange the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
